We at Griner Tutors believe that online learning should be just as effective if not more effective than learning in traditional classrooms typical of the university semester system.  Because online learning is more accessible than ever, we feel like it is time to enhance the learning experience so that the student benefits and is more assured success. Although, a one-hour Tutoring session is limited in time, students can actually benefit from a more personalized tutoring approach than what was originally thought. Thus, we have developed a "different" approach to Tutoring that focuses more on effective instruction, personalized tutoring, and student results.  We have found that treating every student as they are unique and tailoring the one-hour session towards the needs of the student, translates into better student outcomes as measured by academic performance and returning students to our platform. Furthermore, because our novel tutoring approach is very effective, our student clients continue to book more sessions and discounted packages, often times requesting the same Tutor (which we will provide), and more long-term relationships between students and our Tutors have manifested resulting even yet more effective student results.  With our continued success, we plan to offer many more subjects, in different countries around the World, and in different languages.
